Basketry and Beyond Festival 2013 is situated in the beautiful surrounds of South Devon, on the Dartington Hall Estate at the Space Studios. The Dartington Hall Estate features many fine walks, stunning views and beautiful buildings dating from medieval times to more recently built properties in the International Modernist and Arts and Crafts styles. Beara Farm is situated in an idyllic 3.5 acre, level meadow close by the River Dart. The campsite has showers, toilets and spring water. The campsite was voted one of the top ten venture sites in Great Britain by the A.A and is described as one of the most attractive sites in the West Country. Within easy reach of the sea and Dartmoor. Prices are from £11 – £12 a pitch for 2 people.
Directions: On the A38 from Exeter take the Buckfastleigh exit and follow signs to the South Devon Steam Railway and Butterfly Farm. Turn first left after 200 yards into Old Totnes Road. After ½ mile turn right at Brick Cottages, signposted ‘Beara Farm 1 mile’
